About Timothy L. Price

Tim PriceIn 1984 Tim turned his life over to Christ and began a discipleship program with the Navigators. Desiring a deeper life in Christ he attended and graduated from Omaha Bible School after his military service. It was at OBS that he met and married his wife, Pam. The Prices have a heart for world missions work. Instead of going overseas they began to work with college level international students that came to the United States to learn English. They worked in this ministry for over 12 years.

Through his work and teaching Tim has bridged the gaps between denominations, having been involved with a variety of groups from the Plymouth Brethren to the Charismatics. He has a heart for the church to be the church. So he has always been involved with others personally for the gospel sake instead using wide public appeals. His involvements have taken him to Mexico, overseas with his family to Romania, to Gay Lesbian Pride Marches, to immigrants needing language skills and under the hoods people’s car all to meet needs and minister through lifestyle evangelism.Tim Price and Kyle Knapp

Tim is concerned about the church becoming too hands-off in a practical sense because of its impersonal use and dependency on the political arena as the main means of doing the church’s work. Through his reading of the Bible, church history, and biographies he has been inspired to write a book, The Diluted Church. His desire is to stir thought and to re-channel the efforts of the Church into being the kind of people who come alongside the people of society that are stumbling, weak, destroyed and lonely as a result of living out the culture of sin in this world.

The Prices have 2 young teens and they live in eastern Nebraska.
